At St Michael’s, sharing the Wednesday Word is a cherished tradition that aligns with our Mission Statement: “Holding God’s Hand, we nurture hearts, minds, and spirits.” Each week, our children engage with this valuable resource, reflecting on scripture and its relevance to their lives, through Collective Worship.

The Wednesday Word helps us build a strong spiritual foundation, encouraging children and their families to share and discuss the Word of God together at home. As Psalm 119:105 reminds us, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Through this weekly practice, we illuminate our community with the light of faith and foster a deeper connection with God’s teachings.
